Abstract

The current study reports facile synthesis of newly developed series of N-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-1-(5bromothiophen-2-yl) methanimine with fairly high yield. Following palladium-catalyzed Su-zuki cross-coupling reaction, a disparateness of its nine derivatives with meticulous yields (67-86%) is reported. The newly developed compounds are characterized through spectral analysis techniques and their hemolytic, antioxidant and antibacterial activities are also studied. Moreover, to validate the reactivity and electrical characteristics of the developed compounds, DFT in-vestigations are carried out. These computational investigations are integrated through molecule electrostatic potential, nonlinear optical characteristics, reactivity descriptor parameters, molecular electrostatic potential and frontier molecular orbital analysis.
