Nutraceuticals represent a potentially high-level area of interaction between modern and traditional medicine by making use of effective anti-aging approaches. The 20 peer-reviewed articles about the anti-aging characteristic of Moringa oleifera have been critically analyzed according to the PRISMA guideline in this study, which would ensure critical evaluation and modeling. The evidence exists that the plant is made up of high bioactive compounds, and most of them include chlorogenic acid, which represents anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and cell-protective characteristics that would be commercialize to aging processes. The molecular docking and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations reflected very complementary pieces of data, which not only proved that there was indeed interaction of the compounds with the major molecular targets, but also offered a mechanistic notion of their therapeutic potential. Findings suggest Moringa oleifera can be perceived as an ultimately validated anti-aging nutraceutical candidate outside the naive trend of the miracle tree to the traditional aging-intervention. Computational biology usage in nutraceutical research is a sign of a paradigm shift, since it enables us to accelerate the results of the process of discovery and validation of natural compounds. The gap between folklore and molecular medicine in healthy aging will be bridged in this paper.
