The research aims to establish the impacts of phosphorus and gibberellic acid on the growth, yield and yield components of mungbean (Vigna radiata L.). The trial, which took place in the summer of 2024 at the Agronomy Research Farm, University of Agriculture, Peshawar, had a split-plot design and a randomized complete block design. There were 15 combinations of treatment, which was five gibberellic acid (0, 50, 100, 150, 200 ppm) and three levels of phosphorus (0, 50, 75 kg/ha) levels. Application of phosphorus and gibberellic acid also had substantial positive effects on critical parameters like plant height, number of pods per plant and the yield of the grains with the combination of 75 kg/ha phosphorus and 100 ppm gibberellic acid performing best. The results indicate that the treatments might contribute a lot to the productivity of mungbean in similar agro-climatic conditions.
