Abstract

The study finds that the Punjab Education Foundation has improved access to quality education for disadvantaged communities in Punjab. Its initiatives have supported enrolment, student retention, academic performance, teacher development, school infrastructure, parental satisfaction, and community participation. However, challenges remain, including unequal program quality, socioeconomic disparities, and changing educational needs. The study concludes that continued monitoring, stakeholder cooperation, flexible planning, and sustainable teacher and community support are necessary to maintain and expand PEF’s achievements.
