Abstract

The Palestine-Israel conflict brings severe humanitarian impacts often, including restricted movement, economic hardship, and recurrent violence when civilians are primarily vulnerable in Gaza. This report aims to provide an answer and spotlight human rights abuses in Palestine in the form of “What is happening with international humanitarian law?" The fact-finding procedure is based on physical evidence and eyewitness accounts. The analysis of facts and evidence is central to the discussions on the scope of the situation and its impact on civilians. The thorough and incisive investigation permeates the idea of human sacrifice as the most significant conflict results in the imposition of regulations and the judicial system to prevent atrocities. The critical point of Israeli settlement expansion in the West Bank is a matter of deep-seated controversy but also has substantial implications for Palestinian communities and the conflict in general between Israel and Palestine. NGOs are makers of hope, such as medical care, food distribution, and emergency relief in Gaza, where the humanitarian situation is exceedingly terrible due to blockades and periodic military conflicts.
