Abstract

Pakistan Basketball Federation has faced a termination recently for their non-compliance of the rules provided by the International Basketball Organization. In order to get recovered from this situation, the country is aiming to incorporate some short administration strategy in their working periphery. The general aim of the study was to collect valid and reliable information in order to identify the current status of Pakistan Basketball Federation with respect to good administration and also to identify the challenges and opportunities required to improve current structure in Pakistan Federation Basketball. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of this study has helped the researcher to fulfill the objectives of the study. In the context of the qualitative analysis, 5 interview questions have been set to conduct the interview session with the selected coaches of different teams at university level. According to Qualitative analysis, 12 research questions have been set for the survey purpose. Through the analysis of questionnaire and interview reports, this study can understand the current level of administration provided by the Pakistan Basketball Federation and the challenges and opportunities faced by them. The findings of this study may be helpful to invent more effective ways outs for this purpose on future.
